The latest update broke the app. I'm an NRI customer and relied on this for OTP. I tried most of the common solutions uninstall/reinstall, clear cache and data but it's all fruitless. It's just frozen at the launch screen. Update: Mail sent but no response. I'm not very hopeful had SBI cared about customers they would have fixed it within a few days. This is almost a month now very disappointed.

Please Fix !!! Recently it doesn't launch...just stuck without opening even after closing and opening multiple times. Very bad to have these problems for these kind of important apps. Thanks for your reply. As I said I cleared cache and data and the issue is still same. It doesn't allow taking screenshot, you should know that as a developer, so how can we provide screenshot. Please don't give same automated response to everyone, instead fix the issue. This app stuck at home screen.

The inconvenience caused to you is regretted.It is an intermittent issue .Please try to clear data & cache and try again and still if you are facing the same issue, request you to provide the screen shot of error message , mobile no ,device and service provider details on feedback.statebankanywhere@sbi.co.in

I am one of the thousands of users who has been let down by the latest version of the app. I am not sure when the issue will be fixed. I have sent 2 or 3 emails to the ID mentioned by the support team of SBI but no one has responded. Do you guys only respond to these comments to never follow up? I am on Samsung s10e. If you can't fix such a major issue for more than month, then roll back to previous working version of the app.
